Overcoming the competition, part 2 – as promised in my previous post!

Imagine the situation: you offer a high-quality product on your cool and seemingly well-managed Instagram profile with a high number of subscribers and likes. However, customers are not queuing up for purchase – indeed an unpleasant situation, but don’t worry, there’s a solution to everything.

Today, we are listing 4 ways to avoid a similar situation (or to solve the one that has already happened to your business):

➤ Stimulate additional sales. 🛍

Do you sell a dress? Offer a belt. Shoes? Offer a sponge or shoe care. Cosmetics? Comprehensive care. Further along the same lines, you can easily boost your sales by adding related products which could come in useful for your potential customers.

➤ Remind the customer about your business. ✉

Organize a newsletter with a personal offer for customers who have already made a purchase. Tip: a good way to reach out to your existing clients is a letter including their name (personalization), mentioning their last purchase, and showing them a new special offer.

➤ Hold your customers’ attention. 🙋🏻♀️

Introduce new products or present them in a new, rather innovative way; post new content, or organize a competition! The goal is simple: to retain the attention of your clients.

➤ Reward your customers. 🎁

Choose a reward system of discounts, promotions or gifts after a certain amount of purchases, or provide your clients with exclusive notifications of new arrivals.
