Founded by a team of veteran marketing and business development professionals Vera Firman and Julia Zakharova, SnM guarantees consistent results and top-quality delivery without fail. Vera has multiple degrees in Economics, Finance, and Digital Marketing. She is a marketing whiz and has headlined marketing campaigns for several million-dollar brands in Europe, the United States, and the MENA region. Julia is a business consultant and growth specialist with decades of experience as a business development executive in the UAE. With a degree in Business Administration, Julia specializes in corporate law and business management consultancy.

Both Vera and Julia held senior positions at globally renowned companies. Some years ago, however, they decided to leave their roles and pool together resources and experience to help other businesses find sustained success.
